Project: Alexa Mobile Voice Quality Services (QS) team. Responsible for the manual testing of Alexa mobile app mainly focusing the Voice SDK and Type With Alexa functionality. Identified software defects, collaborated with senior QA & developers to track, resolve, retest and close bugs. Performed Functional, Regression, Sanity, Smoke, Adhoc testing on every build of the application. Experience in testing of mobile application (Both iOS and Android platform) and few echo devices. Hands-on experience of test management tools like JIRA, TestRail. Experienced in Agile methodology and knowledge of Waterfall modal. Gathered requirements, developed test cases and test scripts, new feature functionality to enhance system flexibility and quality software development. Involved in testing Alexa’s new feature TWA (Type with Alexa) and performed compatibility testing of Alexa app for both iOS and Android platform.
